...the busy upcoming Summer water polo season. Below is a link to the Southwest Zone Championships information (for 18&Under and younger age groups) which will be at the UT-Austin Swim Center on Sunday, June 6th. Although teams do not need to be attempting to qualify for the USA Water Polo National Junior Olympics (NJO’s), the Southwest Zone Championships will serve as the qualification/seeding tournament for the NJO’s. Additionally, a link is listed for a breakdown of the entry process for teams from the Southwest Zone which intend to enter the NJO’s. Please read the both documents carefully regarding tournament eligibility requirements, deadlines, age criteria, club affiliations, etc. as there have been MAJOR changes from past years for the events this Summer.
